Welcome to Little Navigators, Hadfield: A purpose-built childcare centre and kindergarten servicing the Hadfield community
From exploring their creativity in our dedicated art studio, to curling up with a book in our learning libraries, our Hadfield Centre is a place to spark curiosity and guide your little navigator.
We welcome children from six weeks to school-age and have six dedicated rooms that adapt to your child’s growing needs.
Our sustainability-focused centre has been designed with solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems and is conveniently located opposite St Thomas More Primary School.
Our Hadfield Childcare Centre and Hadfield kindergarten programs will be opening soon.

Margaret Haunga
Margaret is our behind-the-scenes magic-maker, playing a vital role in helping Little Navigators grow while staying true to our values. With deep insight into early learning and community needs, she works closely with our wider team to keep daily operations running smoothly and to drive forward our long-term vision.

Amanda Reberger
As Lead Manager of Operations, Amanda oversees the daily running of our centres and works to create a seamless experience for both the children and their families, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and attention. Amanda is all about making creating a joy-filled environment and works closely with our educators to ensure they are supported and well-resourced.
Meet our Centre Manager
Kirbie Metcalfe
Kirbie brings over three decades of passion and experience to her role as Centre Manager.
She is a mother of two grown children and has been a trusted guide to hundreds more in shaping their foundation for lifelong learning.
Kirbie’s leadership extends beyond the classroom. She’s supported the launch of numerous new centres, mentored countless budding educators, and spent most of her career within Everton Park and surrounding areas.
Early learning isn’t just a job for Kirbie, it is something she holds close to her heart. And we’re extremely proud to have such an invaluable leader at the helm of our Everton Park centre.
